N100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the n100 platform. Please read it carefully before using our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the n100 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the n100 platform.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. n100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to provide satisfactory proof.

Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on n100. Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Registering false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all existing balances.

Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. n100 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

User Responsibilities and Rules

As a user of the n100 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times while using our services:

Permitted Use
  • Using the platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes
  • Making deposits and withdrawals only using payment methods registered in your own name
  • Providing accurate information when requested for identity verification
  • Adhering to all betting limits and deposit limits set by the platform
Strictly Prohibited
  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate the platform
  • Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to compromise our systems
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities

Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action comensurate with the severity of the breach.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the n100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details used are accurate and registered in their own name.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, and approved online banking methods. Credits are typically reflected within minutes. n100 does not absorb any fees charged by third-party banks.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification is complete and any applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the user's name.

Financial Fraud

Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or money laundering will be investigated. n100 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withold funds during the course of an investigation.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

N100 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions. n100's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

N100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of terms of use, or at the request of a law enforcement agency. In cases of justified account closure, any eligible balance will be returned within a reasonable period once the investigation is concluded.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the n100 platform — including logos, interface designs, text and software — is the exclusive property of n100 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The n100 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. n100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

N100 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed interpreted accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the n100 platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
